Bomber Command Museum – Part II

The Bomber Command Museum in Nanton, Alberta, celebrated the 80th anniversary of the "Dambusters" in May. Halifax 57 Rescue Canada is restoring a Handley Page Halifax bomber to be operational at the museum, making it the sole runnable Halifax globally. Notably, the Halifax played a significant role in Canadian aviation history, completing 82,773 missions during WWII.

Edmonton Muni Final Fly

Blatchford Field, one of Canada's oldest aerodromes, will cease operations at the end of the month, marking a significant loss in history. A final flight event on October 12 will allow pilots to commemorate the site, with free admission by donation to the Alberta Aviation Museum. Participants can enjoy coffee and possible breakfast, alongside historical displays.

Polish Aviation Museum
